SCHEMACAT

About the service

SchemaCat is a free tool for checking, visualizing and improving Schema.org structured data.

Why it exists

Structured data can be syntactically valid yet describe a page poorly: an article may be treated as a product, a service URL may point to the homepage, a breadcrumb trail may contain only one item, or a generator may invent missing values. SchemaCat aims to make the graph understandable and separate safe automatic improvements from data that genuinely does not exist.

visibility

Transparent analysis

We show where detected data came from and do not hide missing values.

compare_arrows

Google + Yandex

Diagnostics and previews are separated by search engine.

auto_fix_high

No invented data

Improvements use only the existing JSON-LD and data available on the current page.

What the service does not promise

Valid Schema.org does not guarantee a rich result in Google or Yandex. Search engines decide independently what to display. The quality score shown by SchemaCat is an internal diagnostic metric, not an official search-engine score.
